CA Articleship is a mandatory, practical training program (currently 2 years under the new ICAI scheme) where aspiring Chartered Accountants work under a practicing CA (Principal) to gain hands-on experience in auditing, taxation, accounting, and compliance, bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world application and developing essential professional skills like time management and client interaction.
